- Custom Fitting Instructions:
- 1. Boil approximately 250ml of water
- 2. Remove from heat, wait 30 seconds
- 3. Submerge mouthguard in hot water for 90 seconds
- 4. Carefully remove with spoon, briefly cool under non-hot water
- 5. Position in mouth, bite down firmly, press edges, blow to remove excess water
- 6. Remove, cool under water for 20 seconds
